This sort of interaction is ideal for learning and relationship building.  Exceptionally democratic too.  I&#039;m really looking forward to participating.</description>

		<description>I love this idea and look forward to seeing how people use it. I know I&#039;m going to make it a point to swing by to see what all the discussions are about.

What might be a great addition to this is if there was a table or space on a white board or something similar where someone could leave a request. Maybe they can&#039;t wait around, but they are looking for an answer and they could post a request for help with their e-mail address or other contact information. That way if someone has the answer and sees that they can follow up directly with the person.

Can&#039;t wait to see this in action.</description>
